Refunds & Cancellations

At Laura Serene, we strive for perfection in every bespoke creation. Due to the high-tech, personalized nature of our garments, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Bespoke Orders
Each garment is individually crafted based on your unique design and body measurements. As a result, bespoke items are non-refundable once production has commenced.
2. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, our team begins the fabric procurement and pattern-making process, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
3. Alterations
If your garment does not meet the specified measurements, we offer a complimentary alteration service. Please contact our concierge within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate this process.
4. Manufacturing Defects
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please provide photographic evidence to our support team. We will prioritize a replacement or resolution for your piece.
