1. Production Timeline

Current lead times for bespoke garments are between 3 to 6 weeks. This includes design finalization, precision tailoring, and quality control.

2. Shipping Methods

We use premium couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure your garment arrives safely and on time. All shipments are insured for their full value and require a signature upon delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your garment leaves our atelier, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

4. Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that custom duties and import taxes are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
